Quantum Facial Reflexology Training

During this training retreat you will learn facial reflexology points, maps and TCM 5 Element theory to understand the organs and organ systems to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Learn how to apply the QF Balancing Routine, which is a 30-ish minute facial reflexology routine that is designed to create a deep state of relaxation where the body can release stress and work towards healing itself and find balance. This is designed as a treatment and also as a way for the practitioner to understand where there are energy/circulation blockages.

Fascia release works to break apart fascial adhesions that result in poor posture and prevent the flow of lymph. You will learn how to release fascia in the chest, neck and face for brighter, calmer skin, acne relief, natural face and neck lifting and deep relaxation. Learn these techniques using both your hands (for a deeper, more effective treatment) and using a Gua Sha tool (for speed and to teach their clients selfcare).
